I booked this condo for my family of 4 for a last minute beach weekend. It wasn’t the worst place, but definitely not the best. It was not clean when we arrived. There was dirt in the shower, the floors had sand and dirt everywhere and we had to move the rug outside from the living room because it smelled. There was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the balcony though I thought it was nonsmoking. When we sat on the chair and couch we stood up with sand all over us. It needs a good vacuuming. The air went out the second night we were there and they got someone out to fix it but communication was terrible. No one called to say it was being fixed and no one responded to my texts. This is also labeled ocean view but it isn’t. It’s across the street from the ocean, yes, but you cannot see the ocean at all. It’s a first floor unit with no view. Overall it wasn’t awful, but I wouldn’t stay again. There’s a lot of great places in CB to stay and this one was pretty disappointing. There was plenty of towels and that was nice but for 1700 I’d expect a little better or at least better service.
