Great short getaway

This is an excellent small condo in downtown Carolina Beach- clean, and everything that we needed was included. You can walk to everything you need and can even see the ocean in the distance. Parking is limited throughout the town, and tow trucks come through often, so just make sure you have your pass at all times. While we had no issues, Karen lives downstairs full time and she said we were the most courteous people in awhile - so be aware that full-time residents appreciate the quiet.

Excellent management of the property as far as communication goes. There was something broken by guests ahead of us and they let us know right away. I think this cute space is perfect for 2-3 travelers - so I give it an excellent!! A few things to know that are just important to some people. - You can hear a lot in apartments above you. It's a combo of vacationers and locals - so people go to work early, etc. The building is somewhat aging - so expect that. As far as vacationing - you will need some of the basics - shampoos, handsoaps, coffee etc are not provided - so either bring or plan a stop to get settled in. Definitely worth selecting this place based on value and location and management co.

Wonderful beach condo

The condo was amazing. It was as impressive as it looked in the listing. The location is perfect for kids. The pool was excellent, especially for our kids. Everything is within walking distance. The neighbors were nice. We did not need management for anything, but they checked in with us daily to ensure our stay was great. I highly recommend this condo for any family of four. We are so happy and look forward to returning here next summer.

Terrible Service

They had this place incorrectly listed saying we were allowed pets. Booked it including pets. Only to check in after driving 2 hours and receive a call minutes later that we were not allowed to stay there because of our dogs. We showed proof it listed pets were allowed and then they tried to make us pay a huge pet fee and have strict rules not allowing us to be together as a family and enjoy our vacation. The management company that watches this place has terrible practices in place

Great location. Air conditioning plus fans worked well. nice pool. Furniture around pool needed cleaning Entry code didn’t work, but maintenance came within 10 minutes and fixed it. Coffee maker didn’t work and new one supplied same day Condo very basic We would have liked sugar ketchup, mustard etc supplied. A few hooks to hang up wet suits or towels would be nice too W close to restaurants bars carnival type rides and shops. Beach just 2 blocks. Good people eat from small balcony
