My family and I had a great stay at A Beachfront Retreat! Being recently renovated the entire condo was exactly as we expected it to be from the pictures. I really enjoyed the layout and design choices throughout the interior. It felt upscale but also with a relaxing beach vibe, which was perfect for the location. The kitchen was well stocked and clean with everything you'd need to cook, along with everything being labelled and where you'd expect it to be.
The kids' room had plenty of books and games for them, as well as a TV (all TVs have Alexa integration.) The large bedroom was perfect and relaxing with the large window that opens so you can hear the nearby waves. All of the beds were very comfy, especially the king. It had a firm memory foam-esque. mattress but not the kind that hugs you in place so you can't move and makes you hot. The pillows were a nice mix of firm and not, very comfy.
The location of the unit is great. Close to the beach and pool with hot tub. Pool and hot tub were great and relaxing, the pool is heated and felt great in early September (though it was still plenty warm just windy). North Pier Ocean Villas is nearly at the end of the strip so it's very private which the family loved. There's a restaurant right across the way and a little bar at the end of the pier, which is a lot of fun. Beach access is super close as well, and there were no crowds at all for us. Lot's of great restaurants nearby and everything is maybe a 5-10 minute drive.
