« Nicely decorated house with easy walk to beach and restaurants. Generally clean. And can tell someone put a lot of love in setting it up. But, needs deep cleaning for sofa, area rugs, and outside rooms. Strange policy of not washing bed covers and telling you they are only decorative. We would have brought blankets if we knew and ended up sleeping with beach towels. »

« This cottage is adorable. The front room is sunny and inviting. There was ample space for us with our teens to spread out. Even tho you are on the main street, once inside it doesn't feel like you are in the middle of it all. It is a 2 min. walk from the beach. We also had a few property questions and our contact was very responsive. We would love to stay here again! »

« The house was perfect for my family. Enoyed the layout and the patio area. Very clean, wonderful kitchen. The showers were zero step, so no worries about loosing balance. The only complaint I have is the location pin was near the beach and we were 6 blocks from the beach, so walking to the boardwalk was a 30-40 minute walk from the house instead of a 10 minute walk »

« Beautiful cottage - absolutely perfectly appointed and the best location possible! I went on a vacation with my daughters and we had the best time. Kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were super comfortable, the chairs and beach cart were wonderful to have! We grilled some and were able to walk everywhere!! Would love to stay again!! « This was a great place to stay for the beach. A bit of a walk, but honestly not that bad. The house is old and does get a bit humid, and the doors don’t close well, so hope you’re traveling with close company! We loved the couch, which was super comfy! We played card games on the round dining table; we had a wonderful time! »

« We enjoyed the house. The porch is nice in the mornings to watch the sun come up. The cookware needs to be updated. Our food kept sticking to the pans even with grease and butter. This caused us to eat out more than we planned. We let Bullard Realty know about the pans, and they said they appreciated me telling them. Other than that it was a nice stay. If you go eat, shop, or go to the boardwalk on Carolina Beach, be prepared to pay for parking just about everywhere you go. $25 a day to go to...

« The cottage was adorable! Our family loved waking up each morning being able to go right on the beach. It was nice to come and go through out the day and not have to completely pack up. The house had everything we needed. The only disappointment I have is, a grill is listed for use and it was available, but it didn’t work. The burners were old and fell apart when lit, which caused the grill to catch fire when attempting to cook on it. Also, the grease trap was left full and fell from the grill...

« My family and I loved our time at this property! We loved how the outdoor area was private with the use of plants which was unique from the other properties in the area! The kids loved the outdoor area and play shed. The home was close to the beach and provided all the amenities you would need for your stay there. We would absolutely stay there again if we go back to Carolina beach. We miss it already! »

« The property is beautiful, well laid out with lots of room. Tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you could want. (We loved having the wagon with all the beach stuff), and having a washer and dryer was a plus! It was an easy walk to the beach, and people in the community were very friendly.
