Situated on a fenced, one third acre lot, this beautiful Carmel home, has three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bonus rooms, three (3) full baths plus a separate office and features numerous recent upgrades.

Monterey County Ordnance requires we collect Transient Occupancy Tax equal to 10.5% of rent. Some Vacation Rental websites do not support collection of T.O.T. In those cases, the Tax must be paid directly to Property Manager prior to or upon arrival for all Rentals shorter than 30 Days.

A perfect get-away
The house was one of the nicest rentals we've stayed in! They have thought of everything. The kitchen was incredibly well organized and had all the accessories you need, plus more. Home felt warm, nice touches. Loved the deck and hot tub even though it was raining. Very clean and great for a dog. Good sized rooms and all with king beds. It had a hotel like feel with all the extra thoughtful things. Too small points. 1) you hear the traffic in the quiet at night and early morning as the house is right next to Cabrillo Hwy, 2) I couldn't reach anyone the afternoon before checkout to ask about late checkout. There was so much communication about getting in touch with them for any reason, but in the end I couldn't reach them to get an answer about check out.

This house is pristine, roomy and feels luxurious. We were told there was a high chair but couldn’t fine one and as soon as the manager found out one was delivered! The deck with hot tub was extraordinary. We had use of the garage, two refrigerators and extra rooms so we could time-out when someone needed a break. We are very thankful for this experience.
