Service bien PLUS
Un séjour dans l’hôtel bien situé au centre de tous les points d’interêt: boutiques restaurants et Marina. Une attention toute particulière lors de notre annulation de vol que Jaime, du service Radisson blu, a prise en charge pour nous trouver les transports et regagner Paris. L’ensemble du personnel est très disponible et aimable. Merci pour ce moment qui restera un bon séjour à Cardiff.

Had a great two night stay here at the Radisson Blu Cardiff. Great location, lovely hotel, clean spacious and great facilities. Lewis looked after us really well, as did the rest of team. Manager Lewis arranged our early check in as well as our executive room. Lucas and the reception team, bar staff and Damon in the restaurant were very attentive too. Lovely spacious room, great corner room, great view. Can’t wait to come back!!! Thanks

Didn’t get what I paid for
I booked a over night stay for valentines and when we checked into our room they give us two single beds when I picked a king size bed, so I went down to reception to explain what’s happened and they said did you put it in the comments that you wanted a king size bed and I said no as their was two options which was two single beds or one king size bed and I chose the king size bed, they explained to me then that they had no king size beds available and that they could put the two single beds together which I done myself, they then said someone would come later on to put the beds together which was no point as I wanted the bed which I paid for anyways someone then turned up to our room at 9pm asking if we wanted the beds together and k time them I’ve done it myself now and they said was their anything else we needed more and I told them no, the fact is I paid for a king size bed room to find out when checking it in was two single beds,not very good I should of got what I paid for

I didn’t enjoy my stay. My room was quite stuffy and bathroom way too hot. Complex parking arrangement where guests are pressured to pay £25 for 24hrs with no guarantee of a space upon revisiting the hotel.
