The ground floor features 2 bedrooms with Super King zip-link beds, a WC and an open-plan kitchen/lounge with sofa bed. Outside is a private patio garden with seating and hot tub. Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms, including 2 flexible zip-link beds and a double. The top floor offers a comfortable twin room. Modern, stylish and ideal for group stays!



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 6-bedroom house throughout their stay, including all bedrooms, the open-plan kitchen and lounge, WC, bathrooms and private garden. You’ll also have access to the outdoor seating area and hot tub. The property is completely private, giving your group plenty of space to relax and feel at home. Self check-in is available for an easy and convenient arrival.

Please note that check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parking is available on the street and is free. Pets are allowed; however, charges may apply. Hot Tub it is an extra charge and require 24 hours notice. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. For your convenience, we provide essential amenities, including linens, towels, and basic toiletries. We also offer a fully equipped kitchen for your use.
