A Home to Relax and Unwind
The whole stable conversion opens into one vaulted space where the kitchen, dining island and velvet corner sofa sit together. Wind down in front of the smart TV with streaming, or take the rattan swing chair on the balcony and look out over the fish pond and the paddock where sheep graze. Room-darkening blinds mean you can sleep in.

The Layout

• Living area: Velvet corner sofa, smart TV with streaming, and glass doors onto the balcony with its swing chair.

• Kitchen: Double oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender and wine glasses, plus a drinks shelf and breakfast unit. A utility kitchen with brass sink opens onto the decked side garden.

• Dining: Dining table seating the group, open to the kitchen and lounge.

• Bedroom 1: King bed with en-suite, on the ground floor with step-free access.

• Bedroom 2: Two single beds with en-suite, on the ground floor.

• Bedroom 3: King bed with en-suite under the eaves, upstairs, with a rainfall shower and backlit mirror.

• Outdoor space: Large balcony over the pond, outdoor dining under a grape vine seating 6 to 8, BBQ facilities, a secret garden and a bookable hot tub.

Location
Bonvilston is a quiet village in the Vale of Glamorgan, with open countryside around and Cardiff an easy drive away. A café and three pubs sit within walking distance, and the local walking trail starts just up the road. Further afield you have gardens, a vineyard and the coast within a short drive.

Good to Know Before You Book
The property sits within 9-plus acres shared with the owners, who live next door, so livestock including deer and sheep will be seen around the grounds, along with the owners` dog. Please close any gates behind you. Two of the three bedrooms and their en-suites are on the ground floor with step-free access; the third king bedroom is reached by stairs. Ground outdoors can be uneven in places, so take care underfoot. Parking on site needs 48 hours` notice on the number of vehicles. The hot tub is bookable in advance for a surcharge and must not be used after 10pm. Pets and other animals cannot be accommodated, due to the livestock on site. Hen and stag gatherings are not accepted. Access is by self check-in, with full arrival details shared before your stay.

Extra charges
Early check-in and late check-out are each £25 per hour, up to 2 hours. A standard celebration package is £100 and a premium celebration package is £150. All extras are subject to availability and can be requested after booking through a secure third-party platform.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £550 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.

• Please don’t feed Duke the dog or hug him (as he is claustrophobic )

Maximum 6 guests; the listed capacity is the absolute limit and includes any visitors. Please let me know in advance if you plan to invite anyone to the property.

Please treat the space with care and leave it as you would hope to find it, taking care to close any gates behind you around the grounds. The open fire and BBQ should not be left unattended, and the hot tub should be used in line with the safety guidance provided and not after 10pm.
