A Home to Relax and Unwind
The open living space keeps the seating and dining table together, with the kitchen just off to one side, so everyone stays in the same room. Wind down in front of the Smart TV, and when it`s time to sleep the room-darkening blinds in both bedrooms mean you can stay in as long as you like.

• Kitchen: Full kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, plus cooking basics, wine glasses and dishes. Washing machine and drying rack on site.

• Bedroom 1: King bed with a wooden writing desk and room-darkening blinds.

• Bedroom 2: Double bed with blackout curtains at the window.

• Bathroom: Shower over the bath, lit mirror above the basin, with towels and toiletries provided.

Location
The apartment sits in the Windsor Quay area of Cardiff Bay, a quiet residential pocket close to the waterfront with the city centre an easy hop beyond. Cardiff Bay itself is the main draw, with the waterfront trail, the Wales Millennium Centre and the Senedd lining the water. The Taff Trail is a short walk or cycle away, making the Bay and the wider 55-mile route easy to reach by bike.

Good to Know Before You Book
The apartment is on the ground floor with step-free, stair-free entry, which suits guests with limited mobility. Check-in is self-contained through a smart lock, so you can arrive on your own schedule, and full instructions will be sent on the day of arrival. Parking is one marked space in front of the property, charged at a daily rate. Both bedrooms share a single bathroom. Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome if included when booking.

Extra charges
Parking on site is £10 per day for one space. Pets are £20 per pet per stay, up to a maximum of 2, to be included when booking. A few extras can be requested after booking, subject to availability, through a secure third-party platform: early check-in or late check-out at £25 per hour for up to 2 hours, a welcome hamper at £60 per stay, a standard celebration package at £100 per stay, and a premium celebration package at £150 per stay.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
