Five double bedrooms, open plan kitchen/dining/seating area perfect for socialising, three shower rooms, two stylish living rooms, one has bifold sliding doors to rear patio & garden. Parking for 3 cars.
Great house for family and friends stays (and children) with plenty of room to spread out, well equipped kitchen to cook and eat together, restaurants cafes and pub within walking distance. The beds are comfortable and all King size apart from main bedroom which is a Superking.
Attractions nearby include Roath Park Lake & Pleasure Gardens, a short walk or two minutes by car (free parking). Llanishen Reservoir with canoeing, paddle boarding and lovely food. A convenient base to access Cardiff Bay, Principality Rugby Stadium, and further afield the Gower peninsula, Brecon Beacons, Pembrokeshire.
Easy access to city centre by Taxi/Uber or bus, A48/M4 motorways, west to South Wales & east towards London.

Our previous two houses had a large number of consecutive 5 star reviews with nothing less than 5 stars. We aim to be honest so that guests get exactly what they expect and their stay is enjoyable.
