I accidentally booked twice 2 rooms on my account . I purchased a one night stay and I completed purchase on Expedia. Then I was sent a notice to add Expedia site to my phone. In doing so it asked to reapply my booky. I re summited my billing information and I found I had accidentally booked two rooms. I mentioned it at my check in as I was advised there was nothing they could do and I should contact Expedia.
Why staying the night I received a phone call from same motel advising me my room was ready. I told him I was already checked in and it was a mistake. I had to move from room 205 to room 202 because the heat was working at all in my room. After being switched the heat in the next room didn't work to heat the room . So tile floors were cold all night. Before check out time I asked disk if they were going to clear the 7 inches of snow at of their parking lot. He asked for manager she came down and told me if she could get out, I should be able to get out my self. As she left the building. I complained to front disk automated check in and check out service. I was advised their snow removal was sent up north and they could doing nothing about it. Manger finally tried to shovel drive way. I ask what happens at 10 o'clock checkout. We had to be out of our rooms. They shut my key down at 9:55 and I wasn't checked out yet. We had to shovle out our cars and still had to drive throw 7 inches of parking lot snow. I see they billed me 2 for rooms. I was very displeased with my stay.
