« This property was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with well-kept private homes. Furnishings were modern and accommodating. The pool was fun, but the air was cold during our visit, so we didn’t use as much as we would have liked. The only major complaint we had was that much of the cookware was badly treated Teflon with chips and peeling surfaces. Otherwise, the kitchen was great! We had a wonderful stay! »

« Great house. Very clean. Centrally located for trips to Everglades city Bonita springs and sanibel. Pool and hot tub were nice and were enjoyed by the teens and tweens in our group. Property manager is very responsive to any questions. It’s located off a busy road but not terrible or noisy. Overall we would highly recommend this rental. It’s not super fancy but has everything you need and a nice place to stay. Thanks again for a wonderful week. »

« ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic waterside villa – ideal for families! We stayed with our wife and 4 children and had a brilliant holiday. We were sceptical at first as there were only 3 reviews, but realised it’s a new listing – and we’re so glad we booked! Arrival exceeded expectations: the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, all appliances like new, perfect for family meals. Beds are huge and incredibly comfortable; bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The laundry room was a great bonus. Pool area...
