Get ready for the vacation of your life! 2225 Beach Villas is an upscale residence in South Seas Resort that features direct beach views, plush master quarters with king bed, a spacious guest bedroom equipped with dual twin beds, a spacious and well appointed living area with an oversized flatscreen TV, and a robust, fully equipped, kitchen. Renovated in September of 2023, guests staying with us will be among the first to experience this luxurious residence!

The Space:
What we love about this residence- This condo is one of just a few with a sunset facing exposure, allowing guests to catch the world famous Captiva sunsets from the comfort of their upscale residence. Crisp, cool, breezes from the comfort of your lanai as you sip coffee in the morning. Relax and take much needed naps in any of the three Posturepedic mattresses after a long day at the beach. Take advantage of community gas grills to achieve those perfect grill marks on your catch of the day after fishing with one of the many guides out of Bayside Marina. Catch up on Netflix on any of the 50``+ HD televisions in the unit, for those lazy days in the condo. Walk to downtown Captiva to dine at one of the many fine restaurants such as the Mucky Duck, Keylime Bistro, RC Otters, or Cantina Captiva.

The layout of the unit is open and view-conscious, in that almost every corner of the living room, kitchen, and dining area boast fantastic beach and Gulf of Mexico views. The living room features brand new furniture including a queen sleeper sofa, two comfy armchairs, and a smart TV. The dining area features service for up to four guests with an additional service for four guests at the breakfast bar of the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes all of the cookware one would require to prepare even the most gourmet of meals during their trip. It also features a full sized appliance package. There are high end small appliances including blender, toaster, coffee maker, and more. The lanai faces the Gulf of Mexico and beach and features a four top table that can be used for dining.

The bedrooms are equipped as follows- Master bedroom includes a king bed with en-suite bathroom and walk in shower. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds with a hallway bathroom and shower/tub combo. Both bedrooms have flatscreen smart TVs.

Guest Access:
While this complex has finalized its hurricane remediation and is ready to host its first visitors, there may still be construction happening in the area and within South Seas Resort. There may be workers, trailers and trucks in the parking lot, construction activity and some noise, but there will not be any construction inside the unit or in areas that that will directly affect guests ability to access the beach, pool, or stairs. Building elevators are out of orders and are expected to be available in early 2024. Please message us prior to booking if you require elevator access and we can confirm if the elevators are available at that time.

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Beach Villas complex, including 2 heated pools, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all South Seas beaches and grounds. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining at the Keylime Bistro, Mucky Duck, and more! No need to drive!

Access to greater resort amenities such as the pool on the opposite end or the South Seas lounge chair area is not included. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
The unit is located within the Beach Villas complex and it is located on the beach side of South Seas Island Resort closest to Captiva downtown.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around on Captiva is a golf cart, or on bikes. You can Uber from RSW Airport for just $50-70 and really will not require a car while here unless planning to visit Sanibel and neighboring areas.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement after booking with us.

Interaction with Guests:
Staying with us is simple. We utilize a keyless entry system, the code to which you will be given 48 hours before your arrival. A gate pass will be left at the South Seas Resort gatehouse for you, from which you will be directed to your unit. From there, I can have as much or as little interaction with you as you desire. My engagement is entirely up to you.
