New Listing!! Dolphin Watch-3 Bedroom Beach Front on North Captiva

Our house is located directly on the beach! We are located on the northeast side of the island (the bay side just south of Dolphin Beach) with a beautiful sandy beach view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This side of the island is a hidden gem and with the small number of houses it makes our street and house very private and quiet. Not only does our 3-bedroom beach house boast breathtaking views of the ocean, but steps from the house is also an immaculate shallow swimming beach. It is ideal for families and small children. We have beach chairs and plenty of sand toys. Watch spectacular sunrises from the porch as well as spot dolphins swimming almost every day. Climb up to our crows nest to get a panoramic view of the island. Take out our double kayak and 2 paddle boards out to the sandbar or explore around the island. You will need to rent a golf cart a one is not provided for you to use as there are no cars on our island, just sandy roads, bikes, and golf carts permitted. If you are wanting to explore-head to the south end of the island where there are serene nature trails in the Preserve with miles of undeveloped land and beaches. Also enjoy our dock for excellent fishing. There are also nearby boat slips that we can recommend. Included in your stay is an Island Club Membership, which offers (as available) bicycles, kayaks, & paddle board use, 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball court, and other amenities.

Our house includes 3 bedrooms. 1 queen bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Bedroom 2 is along the side of the house and has a full bed (plus trundle) and large windows. The 3rd bedroom (technically the master) has a queen bed with a slider to the back patio and an attached bathroom with a shower. Our kitchen, dining room, and living room are all one open space. This opens up to the screened in patio. Through the kitchen you can access the washer/dryer.

Prior to your arrival, will send you information about all the logistics of traveling to a barrier island. Our family used to live full time on the island, so we have lots of experience and are happy to answer any questions you may have a boat. Please note checkin and checkout times are not flexible due to the logistics of turnover schedule. If you arrive early or depart later you’re welcome to use Island Club amenities, however, we can’t accommodate early check ins or late checkouts.
