Saba Winds-North is large, bright, modern, private, and charming. You will find the house tastefully decorated, light and airy with spacious rooms, luxurious baths, and comfortable common areas. The back doors at Saba Winds open right onto the warm sandy beach. A screened lanai, private beach deck nested in the sandy dunes all afford casual enjoyment of the outdoors.

From the moment you enter the estate, you’ll know you’ve arrived someplace special. Stately royal palms line the pristine entrance, and the lush tropical gardens have an instant soothing effect as you pass the pool on your way to the house.

Saba Winds-North offers a full-service vacation getaway for small or large family gatherings. This four-bedroom, three-bath vacation home comes equipped with all of the amenities: Shared heated pool, covered parking, a full-size laundry room, a den with a sleeper sofa (counted as 4th bedroom), private screened deck with dining table and comfortable deck chairs, high definition Smart TVs, stereo, outdoor rinse, beach chairs and beach towels



Family Friendly

Saba Winds is very family-friendly – it’s so easy with children here. There is a lot of room to play outdoors, well away from the road. You can relax on the beach deck with the beach in plain view, or set beach chairs directly on the sand.



The master suite opens onto the large screened lanai and overlooks the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Drift off to sleep in the luxurious king bed to the sound of the gentle surf and the breeze stirring the whispering pines. There is a large walk-in closet, separate coat closet, linen closet, full-size dresser, and two bedside tables. The en-suite bathroom features a large tile shower, plus dual vanities – all beautifully illuminated with under cabinet lighting and equipped with huge mirrors. The guest suite also has a king bed, with a large dresser and walk-in closet. The adjacent bathroom has a large tile shower. The “kids bedroom” has two twin beds, a large walk-in closet, and a TV armoire with large flatscreen TV. The bathroom has a tub with a shower.



Please note that a small portion of the front driveway and pool is shared with Saba Winds South, the sister property of Saba Winds North (this property). While we cannot guarantee it, because Saba Winds South is not being rented at this time it is very likely that guests of this home will have exclusive use of the shared pool.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy access to the entire property, the shared pool, private beach access, and all other amenities located on the property itself.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located on the exclusive Captiva Drive, one of just a select number of rental homes along this storied stretch of pristine beach.



Getting Around:

We recommend bikes, rental cart or golf cart.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must complete a rental agreement

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
