The Bay A801 is conveniently located in the lively coastal suburb of

From the moment you step inside, you’ll find a bright and inviting
living space with a comfortable, contemporary feel. Large windows and
sliding doors allow plenty of natural light to fill the apartment while
showcasing beautiful sea views. The earthy-toned dining area seats
four, while the cosy lounge features comfortable seating, a flatscreen
TV, and a wooden coffee table. The living area opens onto a private
balcony, providing the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or
take in the breathtaking evening scenery.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a toaster, stove, fridge, and other
modern essentials for convenient self-catering. An in-house
washer-dryer combo is also available, allowing guests to keep their
clothes fresh throughout their stay.

The Bay A801 features two beautifully decorated bedrooms and can
accommodate up to four guests. The main bedroom offers a comfortable
queen-size bed, bedside tables, and lamps, creating a peaceful setting
for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom is furnished with a
double-size bed and features a window offering spectacular views to
enjoy from the moment you wake up.

The apartment has two bathrooms. The first bathroom includes a shower,
toilet, and washbasin, while the second features a bath, toilet, and
washbasin, offering guests the choice of a relaxing soak or refreshing
shower after a day of exploring Cape Town.

Guests also have access to excellent shared complex facilities,
including a communal swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on warm
summer days. Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi is available to keep you
connected throughout your stay. For surf and kitesurf enthusiasts,
convenient storage space is also available for your boards, kites and
other water sports equipment, making it easy to enjoy the nearby waves
and water activities without worrying about where to store your gear.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.

Please note that storage space is available for surfboards, kites and other water sports equipment, subject to availability and applicable complex rules.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 12 Shell Road, Table View.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
