Searenity Sands, formerly known as Life's a Beach, offers an idyllic
retreat in the coastal town of Strand along the renowned Golden Mile.
Perched on the 4th floor, this modern holiday apartment boasts
unparalleled views of False Bay, treating guests to breathtaking
sunsets against the backdrop of the Helderberg mountains and Gordons
Bay on one side, and the panoramic vista from Table Mountain to Cape
Point on the other.
This spacious 130m² apartment features three bedrooms accommodating up
to six guests comfortably. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge
areas seamlessly flow onto a wide balcony, where large windows frame
the mesmerising view of False Bay. The kitchen is fully equipped with
SMEG appliances, a coffee machine, a washer and dryer, and all the
modern conveniences to enhance your stay.
Guests can enjoy secure access controls and a designated parking bay
for added peace of mind. For leisure, the building offers a communal
pool and BBQ area, perfect for lazy days under the sun. Conveniently
located within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and shops along
the Strand Beach promenade, Searenity Sands provides easy access to
nearby attractions such as the Cape Winelands, Somerset Mall, and
Strand golf course.
Each bedroom has beautiful crisp finishes, with Bedroom 1 featuring a
queen bed, Bedroom 2 a double bed, and Bedroom 3 another double bed.
The 2 bathrooms offer modern amenities, including showers and toilets.
General features include internet access, secure parking, a lounge
area, a balcony, towels, and linen. Guests can indulge in beachfront
living with controlled access to the complex. Nearby activities range
from fishing and cycling to swimming and kayaking, while on-site
facilities include BBQ areas, self-catering amenities, and secure
parking.
Searenity Sands promises a serene escape with beach access, Wi-Fi, and
incredible views, ensuring an unforgettable stay for guests of all

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
