Unfortunately, these chemicals and colouring do leave spots and stains in the towel even after special cleaning, and we will never impose such laundry to any of our guests. Although this was brought to your attention with a letter of explanation and request to pay for the replacement of the towel, and you would keep the stained towel for yourself. You ignored it and left the hotel without checking out.
