Condo confortable du centre-ville de Cape May. 2 chambres 2 1/2 salles de bain. IdĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  la plage, aux magasins, aux restaurants et plus encore. À seulement 3 1/2 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la plage et Ă  seulement un pĂątĂ© de maisons du Washington Mall. Passez vos journĂ©es de vacances d'Ă©tĂ© Ă  vous prĂ©lasser au soleil, Ă  vous baigner dans l'ocĂ©an ou Ă  regarder les dauphins s'Ă©battre. Il est idĂ©al pour un groupe d'amis, des couples ou une petite famille. Nous accueillons vos chiens!

Ce condo de 2 chambres est au rez-de-jardin de notre maison historique (construite à l'origine en 1875). Beaucoup d'équipements modernes comme le WiFi et la climatisation centrale! Vous aurez accÚs à notre allée commune. Assez pour garer vos deux voitures.

Juste à l'intérieur de la porte d'entrée se trouve un salon accueillant avec des couleurs tranquilles, du parquet et de hauts plafonds. Le canapé-lit et la causeuse confortables offrent amplement d'espace pour toute la famille pour s'asseoir et parler ou regarder un match sur la télévision à écran plat. Plus une petite table à manger pour 4 personnes. TVHD à écran plat avec cùble étendu pour votre utilisation.

La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, un micro-ondes, des plaques de cuisson, une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse et un lave-vaisselle. Beaucoup d'autres commoditĂ©s comme une cafetiĂšre, un mĂ©langeur, un grille-pain, de la vaisselle, de l'argenterie, des verres, des casseroles et des poĂȘles, etc.

La chambre principale a un lit king size, deux commodes, un placard intégré. et une salle de bain attenante (plus sa propre entrée et sortie). La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen. ** La deuxiÚme chambre a un rideau épais qui la sépare du salon - mais elle a aussi une salle de bain privée pour plus d'intimité. Le salon a un canapé-lit queen. 6 couchages.

Barbecue à gaz et table de pique-nique pour votre plaisir en plein air situé dans la cour arriÚre vers le garage.

Avons-nous mentionné que nous accueillons vos chiens? Nous ne voulons pas non plus quitter le nÎtre lorsque nous voyageons. Il y a un supplément de 150 $ par chien (limite 2). Désolé pas de chats.

Excellent location!

Perfect proximity to the beach, shopping, and museums. Read the listing closely to see what you need to bring. We planned ahead and ended up loving the place and our stay. Very clean and newly updated, especially the kitchen. Loved being able to bring our dog but saw no traces of previous pets. Owner was quick to respond to questions and check in and out couldn’t have been more smooth. Loved it!

cozy & convinient

I brought my mom and toddler to stay 2 nights. Access to restaurants, shops and parking lot a huge bonus as others have mentioned. We also were pleasantly surprised about how spacious it was! I gave 4 stars simply because it was not central air so AC didn’t totally extend into kitchen and neighbors above could get a bit noisy. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and recommend for a quick getaway to Cape May!

Great area but house needs improvements

Probably the most bare bones vacation rental I have ever had. Being close to all the shops is nice. Actual house could use some improvements. It's not clear by the listing but the picture of the property is from the back so it looks like its 2 stories but you are on the bottom floor behind a shop. A lot of the furniture had sand still on it(there is only a single broom to clean with, no dust pan),all the interior doors are hard to shut and the main bedroom has one door that goes straight outside and the top hinge is not attached to the doorframe. TV's are incredibly small, we only had WiFi for half the week and after was spotty, kitchen is fairly bare bones (no oven, fridge freezes stuff in the fridge section, don't expect to be cooking meals here much). If kids come or more than one couple stays, the one bedroom only has a curtain for privacy. We barely were there so alot of it wasn't a big deal, but there are alot of little things that need changed.

While this was a good location, the conditions were a bit challenging. There are 2 levels. This property is for the downstairs. There were people upstairs. It sounded like a baby pounding walking across the floors, directly above us late into the night, around 11/11:30 and again early in the morning around 7:00AM. The house smelled of mold, especially in the kitchen. There are no linens on the beds or towels in bathrooms. We missed this in the listing. It’s at the end of description. We were able to contact the owner and get access to sheets & towels. Communication with owner was good and they were friendly but because of the challenges we faced we probably will not be returning.

Mid-week stay in Cape May

Location, location, location! This place is 5 stars! Just a block and a half from Washington Street Mall and Acme - a few blocks to the beach. Off street parking for two cars
just about all on street parking is metered. Spacious rooms. Kitchen is small but who wants to cook on vacation when Cape May is a foodie heaven? Would definitely like to book again. Thank you!

Great in-town location

We enjoyed a weekend getaway in Cape May with this property as home base. It's so close to the Washington St. Mall and the beach that we barely moved our car except to drive out to Sunset Beach. The beds and sofas are comfortable and the furnishings are practical and fun. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. Would recommend for a couple or small group.

First off, the owners responded quickly to all of my e-mails and texts and they straightened out what appeared to be a vrbo issue with the reservation. They let us check in early which was greatly appreciated. You can’t beat this location, it’s perfect. However, This is not a place for couples. As stated in the description, there is a curtain that separates the 2nd (bedroom) from the living room. What it doesn’t say is that you need to walk thru this bedroom to get to the kitchen and the 1/2 bath! In addition, the 2nd full bath is directly off the living room so it is not a “private bathroom” for this bedroom. There were no closets in the 2nd bedroom so no place to hang your clothes. There was a dresser in there. So, not functional at all for 2 couples
. Zero privacy for the 2nd “bedroom”. If you have small kids
.maybe not a problem. Kitchen is very old and the refrigerator hums like a truck. There were only 2 wine glasses and they didn’t match each other. Kitchen Amenities were limited.Could not get the shower to work until day 2. Owners did offer their help but it worked out. The place definitely could use updating, decor, etc
 but it was basically clean. Don’t want to be mean with this review, but the description needs to be more transparent.. I really did appreciate the fact that the owners responded to me within a very short time period.

Great location, subpar stay

The location of this property is great, we were able to walk to everything rather than drive. Im glad it was just my husband & I as the main AC was not working upon arrival & it was quite warm in the house. We informed the owner & he said he'd have someone come the next day but no one showed. The master bedroom ac did work so we mainly stayed in that room. I was a little shocked at how tight the kitchen was, I guess pictures can be decieving. Also, not sure if it was just that the people staying above us were extra loud or just thin walls but it sounded as if they were moving furniture around above us. That was a bit annoying when we were trying to sleep. Because of all of this we tried to go out as much as possible. Great location but cant say I'd stay here again.

A Week of Family Fun

We had a couple of days of rain but made the best of it. Had four dinners alfresco, biked, ran, enjoyed the beach, got a massage, played mini golf and visited the arcade. Spent some money in the great Washington Mall stores, as well. Ate a lot of good food and spent time with family. It was a perfect week!

Short family stay

Pros- Great location, easy to walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. Adequate space for a family of 5. Parking a huge plus! Cons- Pet hair everywhere, not as clean as we would have liked. Also had to deal with humidity issues inside the apartment.

New Year's Getaway!

This apartment was perfect for spending our New Year's getaway in Cape May! The property was clean and cute, and in an ideal location for shopping and dining! The master bedroom was very big! The other "bedroom" was a decent size. The only drawback was it was only separated from the living room by curtains. For us, this was not a big deal at all. You also have to pass through to go into the kitchen. I guess it depends on how comfortable you are with the people you go on vacation with. For us, it was fine! Having 2 1/2 bathrooms was also great!

Beautiful Experience, Perfect Location

Great unit in perfect location!

We stayed 2 nights in this Unit on Washington street. It was perfect! As far as Location, we were able to walk many places! Michael the owner was a pleasure to work with. Very attentive and answered my emails very efficiently! The unit was comfortable and the king bed in the master was really comfy!. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Little Spot

This rental could not be in a better place if it tried! Walking distance to the square and the beach. Great common space and the bedrooms are great sizes. Three bathrooms is convenient too. The owner is very responsive and kind. I drive a Chevy traverse and the pull through/ drive way is a little tight so I wouldn’t bring a big truck. However the space to park is plenty big! It was overall a great stay! I can not wait to go back!
