It would be good if the site mentioned on the listing that you access the apartment in the back staircase just in case renters would find it difficult to climb a set of stairs to get to the apartment. Dave was always available for help when needed. The unit was clean and the kitchen was stocked well with utensils and cooking needs. »

« This apartment is perfect for a couples getaway, it’s quaint but you aren’t here to sit in your room. The place is clean, quiet, and close to everything. The only downside is it’s located on the third floor so you have to lug stuff up the steps for the stay and there isn’t really any outside place to leave your Sandy items. Also NO PARKING! And with at least 7 places on premise you risk having to park far away while loading and unloading. »

« Nice condo within walking distance to beach. Located on a quiet street near restaurants and the West End Garage. Large enough for a small group or small family to stay. Things to consider, no towels or blankets, sheets, etc provided which can be hard to bring if not enough room in your car. « The apt was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and utensils. The parking was tandem (one car blocking the other car in), which was workable. There are no closets in 2 of the bedrooms and the bunk bedroom is EXTREMELY small. I have been going to CM for decades. The location is a block away from the ACME at the end of the Washington St Mall. Very convenient to many things, less convenient to the beach. We were given 2 keys, so that required some juggling. « Beautiful, roomy condo with lovely beach-themed decor! 5 of us stayed for a girls weekend getaway and we almost all had our own bedroom and bathroom! Clean, comfortable and a well-stocked kitchen. Easy checkin and a two car garage for our cars! Pool wasn’t open yet but it was warm enough to sit on the beach with beach chairs also provided by the host! Great home in a great location!
