« Another wonderful week in Davis............despite a few days of unsettled weather. This was our 3rd stay at Sound Escape. The house was excellent as usual, and we really enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. Lost to see and do in and around Davis if you're willing to drive a bit. We love this place !!! »

« It’s so hard to find pet friendly properties but this one was perfect. Beautiful little cottage and walking distance to the water. Great location. Right in the middle of everything on the island. Our host was very accommodating. The cottage was furnished with everything we needed. We had a great trip. »

« This rental does not include sheets, towels. You have to ask and pay for it when you check in. To find out where to check in was another job and it’s located 5 blocks away. The place is dark, musty, very old. All beds are bunk beds. Some roaches. We won’t come back. »

« We have stayed 5 times at APATB. This condo was the best of all. The owners made the checking in and out seamless. Promptly addressed any questions or concerns (needed an extra pool pass). Everything that you could ask for was available for use. We definitely recommend and hopefully we will be able to rent again next year.! »
