Looks very nice from outside but was not cleaned for ages. We checked in late, 8:30 pm. Everything was closed, no key then someone came to give us a key but no explanation. No wifi at all! Nowhere. Not inside the cottage, not at reception. Nowhere

Thank you for staying with us and for the feed back. Im not sure of the difficulty you had checking in but our after hours check in in normally easy. Wifi is available in the main building where you checked in 24hrs a day. As stated on our website WIFI is not available in the rooms. We are a caravan park so as with most parks we are not open until late but guests can check in at anytime after hours.

Idéalement situé pour Kangaroo Island
Bungalow très bien aménagé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se faire pour se faire à manger! A seulement 5 min des ferry pour Kangaroo Island. Attention très peu de commerce à Cape Jervis, et il ferment tôt.

au bout du monde, faut pas s'attendre à un palace mais, c'est une maison de trapeur sans chauffage efficace par 4° extérieur heureusement que en Australie, ils ont des couvertures chauffantes malheureusement, la chambre n'a pas été faite entre les 2 nuits et tout était humide et froid, dommage

Arriving late and leaving early I had no contact with staff. But check in was easy enough and the cottage room comfortable, clean and cosy.

Comfortable.Very clean. Window didn’t open so room airless. Could open bathroom window. Needed a screen lockable door at entrance to allow fresh air. Otherwise very nicely equipped and welcoming! Would recommend!

It was a shame that the cafe was not open until 9am, as a traveller we all get up early to leave for our next destination. So they missed out on us getting breakfast.

Thank you for the review and feedback.We actually do not offer breakfasts in the coffee shop. Very few caravan parks offer breakfast, as mention most of our guests leave early. Most guests chose to self cater. We do offer breakfast packs and if ordered on the day off your arrival are left in your room or can be collected upon arrival.

Close to Sealink Ferry terminal, only an hour from Victor Harbour. Easy booking and after hours check in. Very welcoming had heater and lights on for our late check in. Overall very good. The only downside was the lack of outside lights even some sensor lights would have helped

Great place as its so close to the Sealink to Kangaroo Island. The accommodation is a bit tired. Sliding door in toilet kept getting stuck

Thank you for staying with us and for the feedback. Had you of let us know about the issue with the door while you were here we would have been able to fix it sooner but thank you for letting us know. Yes we are only 5 minutes from the ferry making it only a short drive to the terminal.

Lovely staff and grounds were nice. Sadly my room (homestead 7) stunk of mould which made my over night stay really horrible. I will say, they beds are so comfy BUT the pillows are HUGE so if you like a normal size pillow better bring your own.

Thank you for staying with us and for the feedback. We have checked all of the room and failed to find any mold as suggested. We have put a new cupboard in there recently and that appears to have a smell to it but is mostly a new smell. We have both large and normal sizes pillows in each room. Spare pillows are kept in each room of both sizes.We are pleased that overall you enjoyed your stay. If guests experience any issues we are more that happy to find a solution by contacting us at reception during your stay.

Nice area and offers a country feeling.. Love the farm animals and the surrounding. But this place needs a bit of an uplift in terms of amenities and facilities.
