All applications for condo approval must be submitted at least 30 days prior to arrival; please ensure the necessary paperwork is provided within this timeframe. The application fee is $150 for the renter and spouse. For additional guests over 18, there is a $50 fee per guest.
This home accommodates up to 10 guests. However, only two guests not related to the primary renter are permitted, meaning the unit cannot host five couples but can accommodate a group of up to 8 family members and 2 friends.
Pets are not allowed in the unit. Once approved, guests will receive an email with a link to download the required app, which grants access to the parking garage, elevators, and lobby during their stay.

Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Smoking is not allowed on the property.
