« Very clean and large apartment with pool access and a nice sea dock. Everything was perfect ! »

« It was the perfect place to stay. Ideally located near Ft Myers beach and Sanibel Island. The owner was easily to contact for any questions. The property was as listed. I did find extra things there, so I asked the owner about that and she clarified it. So I left a good new cooler for others to use while they are there. It’s good to have items to borrow and not have to transport home. Thank you for your hospitality. »

« It was just my husband and me but the second bedroom was nice to have for our suitcases. The convenience of two bathrooms was nice too. The kitchen had everything you’d need to cook with. The pool was clean and felt great! The only complaints we had were the pillows, and the water pressure. Overall a great stay!! »

« We enjoyed our stay, the checking in was really easy and Brian the property manager was very easy to get in contact with. The property was very clean and as advertised and I will definitely recommend staying here to anyone wanting a nice and relaxing get away. »

« Right as we walked in I already felt at home. Everything we needed was right where we needed it. Including extra batteries, bowls serving wear, pans. Everything was adorably decorated and very clean!! There were family games onsite and we played them every night! We will be booking again! »

« The property looks just like the picture. There was a toll every time you crossed the bridge but other than that very quiet and clean. Loved the restaurant Lobster Lady. If you stay here you must try their lobster it’s a great restaurant across the street from the home. »

« Pine Breeze was exactly as described on VRBO. Small but perfect for us. We spent much of our time on the lovely Lanai and beside the pool. Everyone staying there in one of the Condo's or living there full time were hospitable and fun to be around. The unit was very well stocked so when we return next winter we won't have to bring anything except our clothes. So happy to have found this place in Paradise. »

« Rejane was there to meet Brian and his Dad Ron. The checkin went very smooth as Rejane showed us around and explained things. She was very nice and the condo was clean. The condo has a beautiful view as it sits on the waters edge at the river. It also had a nice balcony to sit outside and a swimming pool with chairs to lay out in the sun. If there are any concerns during your stay Rejane was fast in calling back. The air conditioner started leaking and she got a repair man to come out that...

« My sister and I stayed for a few days at this location. It had very cute decor, nice lanai with screen, TV, washer/dryer, overlooking the canal. Pool was nice; however, is not lighted at night inside pool (there are hanging lights outside). We did have some difficulty accessing the location. The key pad was broke . we waited about 15 minutes to gain access but owner did message us with an alternative access method at that point. The one suggestion I would have is more utensils, cooking bowls in...
