A typical large house from the 1600s, located on top of a hill and built for the property’s farmer. Originally it had a wine cellar, a stable for animals and a barn, which have been renovated to create wonderful spaces. Due to its position it enjoys spectacular views over the valley of Lucca, the olive groves and the surrounding green. The villa is built on various levels and the living rooms open onto the garden. Surrounded by green hills and woods, it is welcoming in all seasons, with ventilated and cool rooms or warmed by fireplaces. There are 6 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, to accommodate 12 guests. The rooms, are also equipped with air conditioning for the summer season.
The private pool of the house is located 150 meters from the same, has a cabin with toilet and a small kitchen with refrigerator. 
A shared tennis court is also available on the property. 
Our guests on request can enjoy an all-inclusive dinner served on a first come, first served basis, offering a selection of flavors deeply rooted in the Tuscan hills.
For larger groups events, meetings and weddings, the properties of the estate can be combined to accommodate up to 60 people.
