The villa is located on the hills of Compitese, nearby Lucca (9 kms from Lucca old town) by the village of San Ginese di Compito. Nearby Lago della Gherardesca (amazing small lake with bird oasis) and easy access to both train station and highway junction to reach:



-Pisa, The beaches of Versilia (Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Lido di Camaiore), Pistoia, Montecarlo, Montecatini Terme and Livorno in less than 30 mins by car;



- Florence, San Gimignano, Bolgheri, Volterra, Lajatico, La Spezia, Cinque Terre, Garfagnana in less than 1 hour by car;



- Siena, Bologna in less than 1 and a half hour by car;
