Bedroom 1: Double Master with ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 & 3: One Double and one Twin bedroom sharing a full external bathroom.

Guest powder room.



First Floor: four elegant Double bedrooms, all with private ensuite bathrooms.



Basement: Laundry room and service toilet.



The Annexes

Annex 1 (The Limonaia): A charming detached living area with a small dining table.

Annex 2 (Pool House): Fully equipped for entertaining with a sink, worktop, fridge, and seating area.
