« Such a nice, clean property. The bathroom was spacious, loved the shower. Great working kitchen. Close parking. It was a little hard to locate the property after dark. Good thing Google maps worked! What I liked best was sitting on the balcony looking at the mountains & the clouds over Lake Arenal. We loved our time here. »

« The A/C was not functioning for the duration of our stay and despite reaching out to the owner on vrbo as well as by WhatsApp, the issue was not addressed. In addition, the patio did not have any furniture, so we were sitting on the tile floor to get fresh air given the cooling issues inside. Would not recommend staying at this condo for any length of time. »

« Checking into the property was simple and good instructions were given. The property itself was great. It was spacious, had great amenities like a projector, a spacious bathroom, and even laundry in the apartment. One huge issue we (and our neighbors as well) had was that the advertised hot tub was empty and couldn't be used. This is a huge issue and false advertising that should be addressed by VRBO. The automated messages from the host made it seem like the hot tub was available and working....

« I rented the 1 bedroom condo in building 2 for 2 months. The view of the lake and volcano are simply amazing. Carla picked me up from the airport and made a stop at a market so I could shop for groceries. This was so appreciated and a testament to the care and service provided to their tenants. Any issues with the condo were attended to promptly. Diego and Robert are excellent maintenance professionals. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. I had the best sleep during my stay.
