Alajuela - Nos plus beaux condos de vacances

« Checking into the property was simple and good instructions were given. The property itself was great. It was spacious, had great amenities like a projector, a spacious bathroom, and even laundry in the apartment. One huge issue we (and our neighbors as well) had was that the advertised hot tub was empty and couldn't be used. This is a huge issue and false advertising that should be addressed by VRBO. The automated messages from the host made it seem like the hot tub was available and working....

« Highly recommend!!!! This place (Serenity) is truly phenomenal and we could not have asked for better accommodations!!! The owner, Greg, and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful and kept in immaculate condition. We had a great stay and will definitely stay again! The property is gated and each unit has a private garage. We felt very safe. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub and the privacy was a plus! Cannot say enough good things about this place!!! »

There is a well-manicured nature walk within the property that we took advantage of almost every day. Great place to experience sites and sounds of nature. I would stay here again and would 100% recommend. »
