« Ma famille et moi avons adoré notre séjour dans le condo de Mark. Tous le processus de réservation et de communication a été facile. Le condo est parfait. Il est chaleureux et confortable. J’ai réservé ce condo car sur les photos je trouvais que le balcon semblait confortable avec la vue et les fauteuils extérieur. « Situé au rez de chaussée l’appartement est très vaste. Toutefois une des 2 chambres est très luxueuse alors que la seconde est étriquée avec deux lits superposés et un lit 2 places pas même une table de nuit ! Les meubles sont un peu vieillissants et la terrasse en très mauvais état : un gros trou avec clous sur lesquels nous nous sommes blessés. La résidence extérieure est absolument magnifique et très bien entretenue mais l’accès y est si bien gardé que nous avons dû parlementer 2 heures avant...

« This property is in a guard gated property and check in was seemless. We were given the keys and the place was in great condition and the view was nice. Some of the bad things the door gets a little stuck on the floor when opening and the key lock you have to make sure you pull it tight in order to lock it. In the master bedroom one of the blinds to block out the sun does not work. You can bring it down but it does not go up. And the traffic you can hear it first thing in the morning so everyday...

« Property was better than expected. I have stayed in Los Suenos and other Costa Rican rentals in the past and this one was the best. I rented the home for me and my friends to finish off the week after my son's wedding. Surprisingly he and his new wife and some of their wedding party joined us as well. The home easily accommodated all 17 of us, and provided enough space for private time if anyone wanted it. »

« Common area is OK, pool needs to be redone as there’s paint chipping throughout. The people who work here are very nice, the food is good. The actual unit is in terrible shape. Would not recommend. « We live in CR and go to Los Suenos often. This is a large, comfortable condo and everything went really well. Good value as well. Highly recommend and we will be returning. »
