« Had a WONDERFUL stay at this perfect house! Wonderful layout, easily fit out 6 guests. “Richard” went out of his way to accommodate our requests and give suggestions/information about Nosara.The air conditioning worked very well, rooms/beds very comfortable and pool was a huge PLUS (with kids!).As advertised, easy walk to the beach and felt very safe with gated entrance to area, locked (high fenced gate - very private) to actual house, and alarm system.Looking forward to a return to this lovely...

« Through the WhatsApp we had excellent communication with the management company. This VRBO is literally STEPS from the trail leading to the ocean. If you are here to surf - this is the prime spot.Having two buildings - 1 with bedrooms & 1 with kitchen & living areas worked well for us. (The upstairs Master is lovely - water pressure up there not so good)NOT A GOOD SITE FOR CHILDREN WHO CANNOT SWIM. The pool sits between the buildings with no fence.A more secure gate to the property is needed....

« We had a great stay and loved the house. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the on-site laundry was a big plus. The location was ideal as it is close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. A lot of great walking options as well. The security gates and alarm system added peace of mind. Tiffany, the house manager, was very responsive and a wonderful resource for local recommendations. No complaints at all and we look forward to renting this house again! »

« We had a great time. Located near Playa Pelada, the house is great and can accomodate a large group. The kitchen is also well-equipped. There is large pool and a dinning area outside in the back. Quiet at night. Definitivly worth it. There is also a casita in the back with more room. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Finca Lucky Treehouse. It was a unique experience along with comfort. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed to make some of our meals. The well maintained pool was refreshing in the warm afternoon. Maria responded quickly to our questions and needs. I highly recommend this charming house. »
