« This house has it all - seclusion, views of the whale tail, pool, well-appointed kitchen, and more. We’ve stayed in a lot of rental properties and this one had so many thoughtful touches. Jeison, the property manager, was amazing. He stayed up to greet us at nearly midnight after several travel delays. The directions to the house were clear, though you MUST have 4WD. « This property is just as described and reviewed by many others: clean, comfortable, well located and with amazing ocean views. We were a family of 4; 2 adults and two children. The pool is small, but clean and perfectly located to enjoy both sun and view. It was truly a must for us! The beds are comfortable and the AC in the bedrooms is appreciated during warmer nights. « My wife and I spent 2 amazing weeks in Costa Rica with this property as our home base. We like being in nature, going on hikes, watch birds and this place was perfect for just hanging out and as a home base for excursions to Corcovado and other area parks. What a fabulous location! In our two weeks we never heard or saw a plane or vapor trail. No traffic by the house. Only a rare sailboat out in the ocean. So peaceful just the two of us. Beautiful birds everywhere. »

« Pros: -The space is nice, great to have laundry access. One of the hosts was responsive when we reached out with maintenance issues.Cons: -The shower backed up and wouldn’t drain for an hour. The host said he’s never had this problem before, but we saw a review on another site with a complaint about their shower drainage. If you stay here, the drainage issue seems potentially related to running the washer at the same time, although water pools a bit even without that.
