Perched at the top of THE LAND the Sky Home looks out over the valley and is a paradise for view seekers. Large sliding glass doors allow you to enjoy the view from the comfort of your living room couch, or venture onto the expansive deck and spend a beautiful evening with a glass of wine or a warm tea basking in New Mexico's explosion of kaleidoscopic sunsets.
This adobe home is made to adjust naturally to all temperatures. Airy and cool in the summer, the sliding glass doors can be opened to let in an extra breeze. Cozy, warm and sun lit in the winter with heaters that can be turned on for extra warmth.
The Sky Home on THE LAND has gorgeous views of the Georgia O'keeffe's mountain muse, the Pedernal. We must admit this home has the best views on THE LAND. This homeâs special touch is an outdoor enclosed shower (and indoor bathtub) meaning you can enjoy the sunset while you take a refreshing shower on the deck with the most expansive views. If outdoor showering is not your thing, the indoor bathroom has a luxurious bathtub. This scenic home is perfect for a couple or a small family. The king-sized Tempurpedic Mattress combined with the peaceful stillness of THE LAND will redefine what a good nightâs sleep means. We use Parachute bedding on all our beds so you can rest assured that you will be sleeping comfortably and sustainably.

GETTING AROUND
The property is far from the commotion and contamination of the city, and therefore requires a little advanced preparation. Make a stop in Santa Fe, Espanola, or Abiquiu and pick up your groceries for your time at THE LAND.
We recommended trying to drive in during the day as opposed to at night in order to make the journey into THE LAND easier. The property is located in a valley that requires a little bit of focus to find. Donât worry we provide you with concise directions!

With almost zero light contamination THE LAND is a star gazing paradise.
We invite you to spend a weekend, a week, or a month on our own Land of Enchantment. While contemplating Georgia OâKeefeâs mountain muse the Pedernal which stands elegantly in front THE LAND , take a moment to recharge, reset, reinvigorate and re-connect. THE LAND is an invitation to explore a new way of living, one which seeks to co-exists harmoniously with the plants and animals of the Earth.
You will share the 43 acres with 5 other homes and a luxury barn. All homes are spaciously distanced from each other in order to ensure privacy and an adequate amount of isolation. You can feel the comfort of knowing that you are in the company of other like minded, essence driven individuals, while still being able to live in absolute independence and privacy.
During the day you may see people planting the veggie garden or tending to the bees, children playing in the creek or no one at all. You may see a friendly wildlife like dear, foxes, bunnies etc traverse your terrace or hear the comforting howl of a coyote. Sunset will always guarantee a majestic display of colors and cloud formations.

Due to our eco-centric focus we do not have air conditioning and compost all organic matter. We ask that if you choose to stay we use you to make the decision to also experiment with a new kind of living one which puts the planet and the animals of our earth first.
