The space has a large master bedroom with king sized bed, a second bedroom with a second king-size bed, and a third bedroom with two queen beds. The beds are complimented by high-quality, luxurious linen and pillows to ensure a good nightâs sleep. All bedrooms have built-in storage space for your convenience. There are extra pillows and blankets available for your comfort.
The property boasts two modern bathrooms fully stocked with towels, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. The bathrooms feature a glassed-in shower, a toilet, a sizable counter and double sink, and plenty of storage. The en-suite bathroom features a soaker bathtub.

From humble beginnings as a coal mining town, Canmore is now a vibrant year-round destination for doing business, vacationing, dining, shopping, participating in world class sport, or just living. The best part of the community is its residents. Friendly and helpful, the heart of Canmore can be found in its sense of community and preservation of the small town values which makes Canmore so attractive to all who come here.
Many of the amenities are within walking distance to the unit, and there is also convenient transit and taxi options available. However, to truly experience the Rocky Mountains and visit several places in the area, we recommend renting a car.
-We provide 2 assigned parking spots. Garage door clearance 7.3 Ft.
- For a delightful hot tub experience, the Building Management requires guests to kindly reserve 30-minute slots for up to 5 guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making each visit to the hot tub a delightful and rejuvenating experience for everyone.
-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
Welcome to your Airbnb home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.
Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:
1. Our mission is to make every stay a 5-star experience and resolve any issues if they arise. Our policy is to resolve or provide a remedy to any reservation-altering issues inside the unit within 24 hours. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.
2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.
3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guestâs entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 10 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
8. NO PETS allowed.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guestâs entire reservation).
9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
