An ok stay but could have been better
We got upgraded on arrival to a clubhouse room which was a nice touch. Room was a good size and we had access to a private pool. The staff were very friendly however they need to be more attentive- for example the room wasn’t properly clean, used towels left out for days on the sunbed, no hairdryer in the room, lack of communication over an airport pickup. It seemed they did the minimum. However it had a very good location in the the center of Canggu near restaurants and the two main beach areas.

Hotel bien placé et super service! Certaines chambres sont cependant à rénover, et l'environnement extérieur s'est beaucoup dégradé (beaucoup de monde, de scooters, de pollution, de constructions partout...). Canggu n'est plus un village paisible et familial!

Excellent hotel sur Canggu! Un petit havre de paix super proche de la plage... Dépêchez-vous d'y aller car tout se construit très vite et il y aura vite trop de monde, de scooters, et de saletés aux alentours!

Hotel très agréable
Hotel agréable, calme et proche de la plage. Nous avons pu louer facilement et à un tarif raisonnable un scooter(60000rp)pour visiter Tanah Lot.La piscine est belle. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon et le personnel agréable. Son atout : des lits et des oreillers divins !! Bémol : la wifi qui a très mal ponctionnée sur les 3 jours du séjour

Bonne option sur Canggu!
Au global un très bon hotel pour Canggu. Nous y avons passé 5 nuits. Le service est aux petits soins, le petit-déjeuner est copieux et avec plusieurs choix sur la carte, et un "foot massage" de bienvenue nous a été offert. Côté chambre la literie est spacieuse et très confortable, la salle de bain propre et la décoration assez raffinée et chaleureuse. L'hotel est très bien situé à seulement 5 à 10 minutes de marche de la plage de Canggu. Pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas marcher des vélos sont mis à disposition ainsi que des scooters (louables pour une modique somme pour la journée). Le seul bémol est celui du bruit si vous êtes au premier étage dans l'une des deux chambres qui sont juste au-dessus du restaurant. On pouvait entendre l'agitation du petit-déjeuner à 7h du matin. Demandez une chambre au deuxième étage et tout se passera très bien.

Un hôtel très agréable au personnel remarquable!
Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour au Kirana, et le recommandons d'ailleurs à nos amis. S'il est vrai que nous avons été un peu déçus en arrivant (les photos sont un peu trompeuses car certaines concernent uniquement les villas, notamment le bar avec vue sur mer) cette première impression a vite été oubliée par la qualité des services et la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. Un établissement propre, des services variés et performants : nous avons fait deux tours découverte proposés par l'hôtel et les recommandons; le spa est d'excellente qualité; le resto propose des repas de très bonne qualité (leur miegoreng me manque déjà!), les petits dej sont variés et tous excellents, la piscine est très agréable, le service scooter est très utile et bon marché. Le seul bémol est la situation de l'hotel qui fait qu'on a nécessairement besoin d'etre vehicule pour se deplacer sur les differents points d interet. Mais le sourire du personnel et sa disponibilité (toujours aux petits soins pour faire de votre séjour un voyage inoubliable) compensent largement ce bémol.

Property was great. Staff were lovely, attentive, and very easy to speak with. The room was of fairly good quality and the pool was great. Location is good if you want to stay in a tourist hotspot.

Walkable and convenient location close to the beach and various tasty dining options. Staff at the property are polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the conditions of the room are run down, no hot water for the shower, and stains on towels and bed sheets.

The location was very ideal (close to shops, the beach, food, etc.). The staff were all incredibly nice, helpful and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend staying there for short-time and long time stays (we stayed for 7 nights). I highly recommend the Kirana.

Breakfast was okay , the room was good quality the clearing could have been better Super friendly staff and the location of the hotel. It was just absolutely perfect with walking distance to the beach shops restaurants, there’s tons of grab scooters if you don’t feel comfortable riding yourself Hotel was super helpful getting us a ride we end up using the same driver for a couple times, since he was so awesome

The staff was very friendly. The room was in terrible shape, but the bed was comfy and the ac worked. We stayed in the suit. The bedroom area is open to the living room. Most of the furniture was damaged (or missing as per the photos). The bathroom sinks somehow both leaked onto the floor and clogged. The towel rack fell off the wall. The bath tap was dangling from the wall. The floors were very damaged. The towels and sheets were not very clean (def not bleached, often had stains). Breakfast was tasty. The pool was a good temperature.

Location was great. Staff were generally helpful. We were staying on the first level by the pool and noticed the clearing of drinks and glasses were not frequent. We noticed uncleared tables outside of our room for up to 14 hours. from evening 7 pm right through to next morning when we left. Other than that, hotel is right opposite Milk and Madu which is great!

I stayed in the penthouse suite, the room appointments were quite frustrating, which is really due to the property being aged. I had a private plunge pool but it never got any so barely used it. I had to use the main pool to lay in the sun, and that pool is situated right in front of the restaurant and reception so you basically lay in your swimsuit directly in front of anyone eating. The bathroom or bedroom hasn’t got power points near the mirror so you can’t use your hair dryer - I had to go in the kitchen and use the tiny mirror behind the kettle. The light switches in the bedroom are by the bed but not close enough to switch off from the bed. The coffee cups in the kitchen were tiny, and no cutlery provided, considering the room comes with a full fridge freezer and dining table was annoying. The staff were great and the location was good but for the price was not worth it. Would not stay again

Das Hotel wirkt in einigen Ecken etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht so gut gewartet bzw. instandgehalten. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal freundlich. Alles wichtige, sowie der Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Das Hotel ist mitten im Herzen von Canggu gelegen. Im Zimmer selbst, merkt man aber nicht, dass man im Zentrum ist. Super Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Sehr lecjeres Frühstück und die Massagen sind hervorragend.

We loved our stay at the Kirana Hotel. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, spas and salons. Everyone is very welcoming and the spa services are amazing. We got a free 15 minute foot massage and added a 90 minute Balinese massage and a whole body scrub. The spa services are very affordable and is discounted if you stay at the hotel. The pool is also really nice and is open until 9pm! We loved our stay here and enjoyed the pool a lot after a long day at the beach.

Very convenient location, with lotsa good restaurants around it! Walking distance to the beach! Room is big. The pool is nice to chill as well. Will definitely want to stay here again
