« In the Villa I loved the service, the food cooked on site, the location right by the beach and the four bedrooms we used (the two we didn’t were quite small. No movie room so we set up a projector with the help of the Villa staff. I’ve suggested they make that a feature. It’s a quiet area but the downside of that is only the Lyma Beach Bar, a coffee shop and small grocery store in walking distance. »

« ❌ Very Disappointing Experience – Not the Hilton Standard Our stay at Hilton Bali Resort Nusa Dua was extremely disappointing and far below what we expect from a five-star Hilton property. From the beginning, the welcome was mediocre. On our first day, when we returned from an excursion in the evening, we found that our room had not been cleaned at all. Trash bins were full and had attracted ants, which were crawling throughout the room. Attempts to reach reception by phone were unsuccessful....
