Bel hôtel face à la mer. Clientèle principalement mexicaine et américaine. Réception rapide et check in également. L’hôtel est un peu bruyant que ce soit la chambre pas très isolée où les restaurants, idem à la piscine et dans le hall. La nourriture est plutôt bonne tout dépend ce que l’on aime, les desserts sont par contre pas bon. Cocktail un peu dilué, ça tombe bien je tiens pas trop l’alcool. Le parking est assez petit par contre .

This hotel was very boring and the food was not the best, the had the same food everyday and not a lot of variety after 10 pm the only thing you can eat is cold hotdogs and burgers. Ps if you loose your bracelet the charge over $100 to replace it. I will not recommend this hotel.

The staff always has a smile on and is happy to help you with whatever you might need. The food and drinks are very good. My friends and I especially liked Pepe's Food by the pool. Their tacos are really good, especially the barbacoa. The Riu Parties are a lot of fun, met a lot of new people. The beach is also nice, it doesn't get a lot of seaweed/sargassum due to the location. (Compared to the other side of the hotel zone where there is a lot of seaweed.)

this place was alot of fun and very pretty. the service was amazing and everyone was so helpful and informative. I wish there were more activities included with the stay like free massages in the spa, but every activity cost money. the food was really good and there were parties on certain days of the week that were a lot of fun, and of course the resort itself was beautiful, even our rooms were nice. I would come back to a riu hotel, maybe not this one again just because I’ve already seen it, but I would recommend it for people who are looking for a nice getaway to relax, as there were more older people than I expected.

The hotel has been renovated! It feels clean and fresh. The beach area has a good size to enjoy the ocean. The staff are phenomenal, they are all nice and helpful. The Riu Parties are wild, fun for young generations. The entertainment is fantastic. There is always something to do. This is my third time staying in Riu Caribe I would come back again and again.

iu Caribe - All Inclusive in Cancun was exceptional! Five stars all around! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the accommodations were spacious and clean with stunning views, and the dining options were delicious. The amenities, including the pool and entertainment, were top-notch. I highly recommend this resort for a perfect tropical getaway.

The staff were by far one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! Got to know them on a name basis, truly very hospitable. The food was incredible with variety, and the bus stop was a minute walk from the resort, which was very convenient. Everyone was very helpful.

Overall i had a great time with my friends. Rui parties are a blast and the staff overall is very nice as long as you treat them with respect. The place is recently renovated so everything is new and clean. The front desk was very approachable and did mini upgrade to our room from 2 beds to 3 since there were 3 of us. The maids were also very nice, be sure to leave them a tip for their hard work.

My son and I visited for spring bresk. It was such a warm, exciting place to be. This was his 1st all inclusive resort stay and he was blown away by all the dining choices. The resort is beautiful and clean. Flet safe there. The staff was awesome. Did not meet one rude individual. Will definitely return.

Wild parties. Loud and obnoxious would never ever take my family here only good if you want to party. Was hookers and topless and felt like this resort really should change to adults only.
