Everything was okay, except I was slapped additional charge for some sort of cocktail/martini. It wasn’t ordered by us and the receptionist said oh it was ordered via the phone… and upon checking we weren’t even in our room when the drinks were ordered. It was just all a bit annoying coz we thought we were being scammed by the hotel.

The numbers of the rooms were not on the corresponding doors, room 410 & 411 were very confusing to locate the rooms, if all numbers were on the doors as well as the wall to the rooms, it would rate the hotel higher. It should be done ASAP.

Very nice accommodation with good cooking facilities, was able to cook own meals for dinner. Perfect little property/apartment for a short stay. The whole hotel was very sleek and of high quality. Staff at front desk were not very warm and welcoming but got the job done. Underground parking (not included in booking fee) I think it was $15 per night, very easy to access.

The deco is such a nice place to stay, staff are so friendly but also really professional and work with purpose and meaning which is very rare these days. Each time I’ve stayed at the DECO it has been that next level kind of experience that not many other places could come close to matching in the Canberra area. Overall the Deco is definitely somewhere I’d recommend staying if you’re coming to Canberra to stay and I’d be very surprised if you weren’t very satisfied afterwards. Very clean and all round very nice and friendly environment.

Lovely stay at the Deco, reception and house keeping were extra friendly and helpful. One bedder had everything I needed to feel straight away at home, full kitchen not like your typical hotel room. Strong shower pressure. Nice view of sunrise in mornings, great for privacy and not far from everything in town. Will stay again thanks guys!

Incredibly spacious! Very comfortable bed and couches and lovely stone furniture! Romantic getaway for a couple and then perfect place for bridesmaids to get ready for my wedding! Gorgeous balcony! Lots of light! Loved the automatic curtains and lights. Great restaurant downstairs!! Can highly recommend. Only downside were some stains on carpet and couch

An outstanding stay in a wonderful apartment hotel. The rooms were fantastic and the 'happy hour' in the bar well worth the visit. A great meal in the restaurant. I have stayed at many hotels in Canberra but this will be my go-to hotel in the future.

Ideal accommodation for a Canberra stay
Lovely decor, well equipped, spacious and comfy. That, with an excellent restaurant, bar and breakfast makes this ideal accommodation for a Canberra stay. Parking on site with competitive prices, great service and impressive technology. Still using plastic bags in the bins though...only downside.

A note about the electric car onsite charger: log onto the hotel wifi before use. There isn't reception on your phone in the carpark.
