Overall am happy with my stay. Hotel is nice enough but is a little outdated. Bed was comfortable. There was no cutlery so i had to eat my "uber eats" delivery with a teaspoon which was awkard but manageable. The bathroom had some mould on the tiles around the bath/shower. Nothing a refurbishment wouldnt fix. Overall satisfied.

Welcoming staff, quiet position, easy to walk to lake, dining, walks etc. Could do with renewing carpet in both bedrooms and walk ways and making sure there where 2 mugs, glasses etc before handover. Overall though would definitely stay again.

Nice enough hotel, although dated, but it serves no food at all - no breakfast, lunch or dinner. You have to go to the club next door (closest) or the shopping mall a few hundred metres up the road. At least serve a cooked breakfast please. Love the kangaroos next door.

We normally stay closer to the city centre when travelling for work. This trip was a mix of work and Christmas shopping. Easy access to the shops, family room was large enough for 2 adults and 3 kids in the bunks. Dinner at the Vikings Club right next door was awesome and we ate there both nights. Will definitely stay again.

Comfortable and not too far from the city. We went to Canberra for Floriade and only stayed overnight without using many facilities, but it was comfortable enough.

Great room, nice eating area and terrace, but no food available. Big carpark behind the hotel, but unfortunately for me there was a vintage car club staying and all started their cars very early. Also bakconies open onto car park area, some screening would really add to the lovely, well kept garden.

This was exactly what we needed and affordable. We needed somewhere to stay to travel to Corin Forest twice and this worked well. Close to Corin Forest and also close enough to spend time sight seeing in Canberra City Centre. The only things I was not completely happy with was that the kids bunks were extremely noisy. Metal bunks that squeaks every time they moved and a dripping tap that just wouldnt stop. Otherwise the place was great value

The air conditioner was so old it sounded like a helicopter was inside our room. The bunk beds need some WD40 or tightening as every time one person moved it shook the whole bunk waking the other person. Needed more bedding to keep warm it’s winter in Canberra!

Very clean, no problem with book in. Initially annoyed no dine in facilities but was directed basically next door to Town Centre. Food here was fantastic, great range and quantity, well priced.. That made the Canberra stay brilliant. definitely will go back.

Property needs updating for seniors no rails in the shower with no rails in the toilet. Some rooms have still got showers over the bath, very dangerous guests must be told showers over the bath. Shower recess need updating. water flows all over the floor when you’re having a shower. Not good for seniors. we are in our late 70s. A lot of people are using hotels and motels
