« The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. « Perfect place to have a family vacation during foliage season!! Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful view. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and the first floor handicap accessible was perfect for my elderly brother with a walker. Everyone enjoyed the sunrise each morning over the lake. « This is a perfect spot for a little beach vacation. The beach was large enough to accommodate everyone, but small enough to feel cute and intimate. I wasn't expecting free use of a variety of boats, which was an amazing perk. My kids explored kayaking and paddle boarding, and they loved the swim platform. The unit itself was clean and updated. It used to be three separate units, so therefore we had three full bathrooms for our 3-bedroom - which was probably a bit more than we needed but still...
