La chambre que nous avons eu était entièrement rénovée, vue sur le Mékong. La chambre était très propre et le lit super confortable avec des oreillers parfaites. La piscine est grande, on a bien aimé avec la chaleur qu il y avait. C est vrai une l hôtel est un peu isolé mais nous avions la paix. C est facile de se déplacer à pied si vous avez de bonne jambes sinon, il y a le taxi

Great value for money
Great rooms. Pool and gym are on the small side. Room service menu is extremely limited. Water pressure is great. All in all great value for money when staying at Van Phat Riverside Hotel in Can Tho.

Clean and good breakfast
The entrance is hard to find at night time. Hot water took about 10 min to get hot. The room is big and clean. Breakfast is a lot of choices.

Kunne være bedre - langt fra centrum
Et typisk konferance-hotel. Ligger relativt langt væk fra hvor det sker. Der er 3 til 5 km. Indtil centrum. Mange fester, høj musik. Men deres reception og morgenmad et super god. Restauranten riverside er dyr, dårlig og den værste restaurant vi har besøgt i vietnam. Vi lejede en knallert til at komme frem og tilbage til byen.

Just ok
The front desk was nice and helpful. The room was kinda clean and kinda comfortable. The breakfast was just ok. The biggest problem was that the hotel is away from downtown and you will get just as good value if you move to center city as I did after 1 day.

My experience about Van phat Riverside
This Hotel is next to Hau River with a beautiful view. Everything is ok with the service. It is clean and comfortable. However, the hotel makes a restaurant next to the river and its guests can not walk around the river. It is better to build a road for people to take a walk on the riverside. This should be a good choice to give back to the nature its beauty

Recommended for a short stay
Very good breakfast with plenty of Asian food and dessert to choose. Five minutes walk to nearby restaurants with good Asian seafood for lunch and dinner. Room is a little old and smell when air conditioner is off, but can have some fresh air coming thru the windows. Overall rating is recommended for a short stay!

River view room but cannot see the river from room
I booked and paid for the river view room but when the I arrived they gave me the city view room. They offered me a voucher of 100000 dong for compensation but it was valid for only a few hours so I did not have enough time to used. I lodged my complaints but the issue was not resolved. It was so bad in general.

A bit out of town, but worth it
If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Can Tho, this is the place for you. Originally we were only meant to spend one night, but we enjoyed it so much we decided to stay two! Nice staff, nice pool and decent priced restaurant on site.

very large room with near river view
the room and beds are large and clean, there is a large balcony across all the window of our floor, breakfast is great. a beautiful out door swimming pool that around with green trees. Perfect!!!

Nice hotel near to river
Well I was disappointed when i show up there coz 1 the staff was very poor qualify they don't understand Eanglish and nobody show me room and explain how everything works there ,2 my room a specialy my bathroom. This is 4 star hotel and they give me bathroom with yellow kourtyns in shower isted of shower cabin and the shower was very dirt 5 centimeters of dust on top of shower. Also this shower looks like 50 yeras old and was too small to stand up under. There was mould arround the bathtub and the drain blocker was broken. Arround the sink was plenty of dust and taps and sink looks dirt and sticky. Generally bathroom was horrible. Another thing the bed sheets was brooken, i found 2 big holes in my sheet and it looks dusty as well2. The room service was terrible as well they didn't clean up ny bathroom at at all, for for days I stay there nobody clean up toilet shower sink and taps as well. I attache photos there from my bathroom so you can see how they clean up. I will give them max 2 star Not moore . I only enjoy there with quiet night with is hard to find in Vietnam and outside was nice swimming pool , restaurant and karaoke.

Great hotel
This hotel was first class, the room was large clean and had everything we needed. The facilities were again great with a bar and restaurant on the river with the sunrise just fantastic. There is also a large pool that is a plus during hot weather. The hotel is away from town and about 5kms from the bus station but this is offset by the great facilities, would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
