We take pride in providing our guests with a comfortable, relaxing, and safe environment, and it is disappointing to know that you did not feel this way during your stay.Regarding the issues you mentioned, I would like to clarify the following:Pets: We have a strict policy prohibiting pets from being left unattended in guest rooms. This policy is in place for the safety and well-being of both the animals and our guests.Smoking: All of our rooms are non-smoking, and guests are only permitted to smoke in designated areas. Noise: We have quiet hours in place from 12pm to 7am, during which time guests are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum.
