The staff are friendly and cleaning service does great. The problem: the walls are so thin I could hear conversations, TV and snoring!

The room was very nice and i got a good nap for about an hour until the guests upstairs started were very noisy.

Great Choice for a Quick Stay
For the situation at hand, we had a death in the family, this hotel was a very good choice at the time. My husbakd and I didn't have a lot of time to search for a hotel but this one stood out with the ratings and that's what we went for.

We have stayed here before and the staff is amazing, friendly and helpful and they have always accommodated our room request since we are always in multi let trips This time they were as usual great. The room however was not good this time as we found cockroaches in the bathroom. The front desk said ick and gave us a can of raid and said to spray. We have never used raid and did not anticipate the smell. Later we saw that the internet said to leave for 15-30 minutes and then to ventilate (the windows don’t open) so I was nauseous and had a headache all night. The front desk said to email the manager which we did but she never replied. I was assuming that the roaches were a fluke as the hotel has 8/10 rating. But the headache and nausea I could do without. A reply from the manager would have been nice .

Fact that you can check in early if they have rooms available asking if we needed anything breakfast with my family was good i didn’t really like the wifi bad service but overall I would stay here again

Room 306 is not handicap accessible as it claims - the bathroom is too small for wheelchair users and the plastic grab bar is not suitable for bearing the weight of a human. There were unidentifiable liquids on the bathroom floor and stray hairs all over. Clearly was not cleaned.

Thank you for taking the time to share your stay. The room that you were in is set up for someone that is hearing impaired or blind. That is what the button on the outside of the door is for. It is not one of out wheel chair accessible rooms. I am sorry that your bathroom was cleaned properly and will address this issue with the housekeeping staff.

We will be back; very accommodating
Front desk was VERY accommodating and it was greatly appreciated. Good sheets and pillows and towels and curved shower rod. Two Desk chairs would be appreciated if it was a wonderful stay
