Everything was very good, except for the shower. It was very slippery and without a rubber mat to keep a person from slipping.

Booked for the location and the pool for my kids. Pool was out of service:/ so they were bummed they didn’t get to swim. There wasn’t any notice before booking. But overall good stay.

We really enjoyed the location and will be back for this reason. The room was nice and clean. The downside was, the bathroom door didn’t make a seal so you could see in from the outside. I made sure to stand and cover the gap while my husband was showering so our girls didn’t accidentally see anything. I also enjoy a glass of wine at night and nothing was available on the property. Not a huge deal, only a bummer. We did enjoy our stay overall and will be back.

breakfast was average. The staff were pleasant. I was put off by having to submit a “damage deposit”! It was explained that it was collected “in case you break a window”! What is that all about? We won’t stay there again.

I really liked my room. It felt safe and comfortable and quiet. It had everything I needed, except the tv wasn’t working properly. The parking lot is an entrance to a medical facility and a couple of restaurants, so watch out for people late to work!

Only one disappointment
Great place to stay. Comfortable and convenient. Only issue is we arrived a few hours early, our room was ready but they wanted to charge an early check in fee. I have never had to pay an early check in fee...particularly since the room was ready. Just another way to bilk more money out of the customer.

This is a nice hotel and we have stayed there often, this time however we were dissapointed. The pool was closed and had been for four weeks. We paid a higher rate and booked this hotel because it had pool we could enjoy it. Had we known the pool was not available we would have booked a different hotel at a lower rate. We wish this information had been available at the time of booking.

If you are going to Deny my REVIEW, got the 5th time please reach out to me and tell me HOW it is going against any of the rules. I have had a horrible experience with this property and I think it’s ONly fair that I can leave my HONEST feedback, I have not used ANY profanity, nor have I used names, prices or broken ANY of the rules when it comes to leaving a review. I had the absolute worst experience with this hotel property, staff and management as well as with the pool being closed down due to unsanitary reasons. I still was charged the full amount, and Expedia tried to make it right for me. However, I will be contacting a Expedia Manager regarding the reason that my review keeps getting denied. I have revised it 5 times now and will be reaching out to them or feel free to reach out to me.

Stayed for one night while traveling. The hotel was clean and our room was very clean. Room was quiet and comfortable.the only problem was that their computers were down. When we entered the hotel it was almost 20 minutes before we saw a staff member. It was 9 pm. Everything was open. Finally staff came from the elevator and apologized. Since computers were down she had to manually let people into their rooms. We had no key card for our room , she took photo copies of our license and, credit card and she had to write our names and room numbers on a piece of paper. I know this was not all of her fault because of the computers. I felt sorry for her because she was alone and apparently doing this her whole shift. I give her credit. Felt a little uncomfortable though knowing that anyone could come in and no one would be around. Would stay again if compuers worked as they were still out the next morning. I am waiting for an email with my receipt from that night and it has been almost a week.

The shades in the room did not block the lights from the streetlights and there was no other curtains or drapes. The remote control didn’t work. The coffee pot didn’t work.
