External Description



Villa Micol is located in a hilly and quiet area of Camaiore, near the city center, and a few km from the beaches of Versilia.

The property is nestled in a large park (approximately 9000 m2) characterized by olive trees, Mediterranean scrub plants, and tall trees (such as a sequoia, a cedar of Lebanon, a larch, and a magnolia).

Within the garden there is a lovely fenced pool (12 x 6 m), open from 1st May to 1st November with a shallower part suitable for children. The pool is equipped with sunbeds, parasols and an external shower (with hot water).

Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a dining area with gazebo and barbecue, ideal for having tasty grills with friends.

At the back of the villa, under the large patio, there is another table for alfresco lunches/dinners.

Moreover at guests' disposal two private parking areas for 10 cars totally.



Internal Description



Villa Micol is spread over 3 floors, can accommodate up to 18 people, has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with tv and air conditioning. Pets are allowed on request. A baby bed and a high chair are available upon request.



Ground floor: The equipped patio at the back of the villa leads directly to a spacious living area, furnished with: sofa, tv, fireplace, dining table for 4 people, and an open-space kitchen in masonry. The kitchen is equipped with: oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher.

Also on this floor you will find a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.



First floor: The first floor can be reached both internally and externally via stairs near the pool. On this level there is a cozy living area with a large wooden dining table, some coffee tables, armchairs, fireplace and a piano. From here you can directly access a covered terrace with tables and chairs.

Following is a triple room (1 double bed + 1 single bed) with a view over the mountains and the Camaiore valley. The floor is completed by a bathroom with shower, also suitable for disabled people.



Second floor: The top floor is dedicated to the sleeping area divided as follows: two triple bedrooms (1 double bed + 1 single bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and view over the pool; a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and view over the mountains and the Camaiore valley; a triple bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and view over the mountains and the Camaiore valley; a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); final cleaning; Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Extra services on request. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,000.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
