Villa Dolceamara is an elegant three-story villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps 19 people. From Villa Dolceamara you will have a charming view of the surrounding hills, the hamlet and the greenery. Villa Dolceamara is 630 square meters (6780 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, underfloor cooling (effect similar to air conditioning), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Camaiore, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.3 km (roughly 1400 yards), a grocery store at 550 meters (602 yards), the bus stop at 600 meters (roughly 1970 feet) and the closest beach (Lido di Camaiore beach) at 10.5 km (roughly 6.5 miles). You will reach Villa Dolceamara from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately six steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Dolceamara we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate in a garage. Please note that access to Villa Dolceamara is along a narrow road.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going up approximately 20 stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by a roof and by awnings. From the swimming pool you will have a pleasant view of the surrounding hills, the hamlet and the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven.
Terrace
The terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. You will reach it from the villa going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 14 steps. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables and chairs.

The parking space is suitable for six cars.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room through an access area. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the inner court. The room also has a window, and is equipped with underfloor cooling.
