We would like to inform you, that the majority of our guests are Russian tourists, but Swandor Hotels & Resorts Cam Ranh is an international hotel, we are always happy to see guests of all nations in our hotel and treat them respectfully. We are sincerely glad that you remained satisfied with food in our hotel. We are so sorry to know that you stay unsatisfied with the interior of room. Also we want to mention that taxi from airport to resort is not a service of our hotel and don't provided by hotel. Nevertheless we pay our attention to the situation with taxi driver to make it clear.

We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. And we feel sorry that quality of alcoholic beverages seemed insufficient to you, however we would like to assure you that all local and imported beverages in our hotel are certified in accordance to all world standards, this fact exclude bad quality. We also would like to inform you that booking pavilion on the beach is paid extra and includes special services (mini bar, safebox, shampagne & fruits, snacks by menu, personal waiter). This information and other details you can receive, applying to GR desk or dialing “5555” directly from your room phone 24/7. Also all actual information about free and extra services as well is described in Room Directory kindly placed to every room in our hotel.
