De l'accueil à la chambre en passant par le déjeuner, tout était excellent! Si vous voulez aller au centre-ville, cet hôtel n'est pas le meilleur choix, mais je devais aller tout proche. Je retournerais sans hésiter!

This was an amazing hotel. It was a reasonable price as well. We needed a disability room and it had a roll in shower and they supplied a shower bench/chair on request. My husband said the room was a great size and accomodated his disability. The pool was great for our daughter and we enjoyed the selection of the continental breakfast. The staff were amazing, polite and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

The pool had a bunch of kids with Zero supervision. Mind you the parents were all DRINKING in a non-dring hotel. The staff was informed and and did NOTHING. Will not return.

We found the hotel very nice. Quiet (when not filled with hockey tournament teams ha ha ) beds are veey comfy which we look for in a hotel. Bathrooms def small and cramped. But we will likely be back due to cleanliness and bed comfort.

We came to stay for a gymnastics competition that was being held in Okotoks. This was the closest hotel with a pool. The kids loved the pool and it was clean and tidy. The breakfast was fine for continental and the hours it was available was great.

The room that we stayed is quite big, spacious and the bed is comfortable. The linens are clean. Great staff from the reception to the maintenance, except for the server in the breakfast are. She seems unhappy with what she’s doing. She’s all frowned the whole time we were there (0800-0900). Maybe she is tired due to some insufficient staff that day. But i commend her for trying her best to catch up with the work like refilling the supplies and bringing in and out new and dirty dishes. Overall, everything went well.

Great place. Just just a hassle that the tv remote in room 224 didn’t work so I had to use the bottoms on the tv which wasn’t the end all be all but inconvenient

Room was clean and comfortable beds. Waterslide kids enjoyed. Breakfast needs improvement would prefer to have fresh eggs and waffles rather than readymade frozen food that’s heated up.

Had a lovely stay. Parking was close and easy. The Hideout Restaurant is a stones throw from the front doors of the hotel which was very convenient that we didn’t have to drive anywhere for dinner. The location was nice and quiet and felt safe. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. Dove soap was a nice touch, less drying than most regular hotel soaps. The hot tub was nice and hot. The pool was a good temperature, and our girls loved the big waterslide. The continental breakfast is really the only area that could use some improvement, but has the standard offerings. The front staff members were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
