Les chambres viellent ,meubles vieux et tâcher, bain salle avait cheveux dans le fond du bain et savon usager dans le porte savon drain boucher ,climatisation bruyante et d un autre époque, seule point positif literie ok et personnel a l acceuil .digne d un 3 etoile a Cuba.

Le dépôt de sécurité de $50 sur ma carte de crédit a été cancellé 7 jours après m'être enregistré à l'hotel. Ceci est un délai excessif! La chambre et le personnel était trés satisfaisant.

Had a late arrival due to flight delays. Only waited 10 minutes or so for shuttle to hotel. Staff was very accommodating and our room was a welcome relief after a long day. Nice thing that the restaurant (Moxie’s) was open until 1:00 a.m. so we managed to get something to eat before they closed. We’ll stay here again.

Second time we got upgraded to the signature side which is always a fun surprise! The rooms are beautifully laid out and decorated. We always have a quick and easy check in, the shuttle is convenient and a huge plus when we’re doing overnights between flights. Always my first choice hotel to stay at, would absolutely recommend!

We stay here often as we travel through Calgary. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great food on site and a painless shuttle to and from the airport. This is always our first choice hotel and we will be back!

The young man who checked us in was very quick and pleasant, very courteous. Because we’d booked through Expedia, we were upgrade (FOC) to a Signature Room, which was large and lovely, and the bathroom was very nice, with excellent lighting (I hate dark bathrooms!) we will definitely stay here again before future morning flights.

The staff yesterday for check in was very nice and friendly. The front staff at check out not so friendly. The tub was dirty with film around it so I had to clean it myself before using and the beds not so comfortable plus room very hot as tue A/C only put out room air temp. This hotel could use bathroom facilities near front lobby as ppl in rooms showing so bathroom not always available which was ver inconvenient. I would rate a 6/10

The rooms are not overly nice. Dirty rug , cracked sink . Disappointing . However the shuttle to the airport was great and our driver was The Sweetest lady ever. All staff were lovely . It has a moxies attached and a CHOP across the parking lot. It looks like they might be renovating? Hopefully. They lobby was much nicer than the room.
