Pas de wifi dans la chambre. Aucune intervention pendant tout le séjour Pas d ‘eau chaude tout le séjour J’avais a 3 reprises envoyé des mails pour signaler mon arrivé Aéroport aucune réponse et personne n’est venu nous chercher..

First, the bad: the property is slowly undergoing renovation. Then the good: the slowness means that there is not much noise or dust to contend with. Importantly, the swimming pool is in good shape (tho I recommend they add some paint to better distinguish the steps.) Breakfast is good. There is a nice variation in the Philippine dishes each morning, but the omelet station is always there.

Under renovation
This was once a very good hotel but the last 2 times I have stayed it has been under repairs and to be honest almost nothing changed since I was there 8 months ago. Had to get staff to come twice to reboot hot water and gave up on the last day so i had a cold shower. The food is quite good but a little expensive. Breakfast was OK. Rooms are big but dated and not totally clean (although that may just be the age). Hotel has airport transfer which was handy as moving luggage on trikes is hard work. While I am a regular over the last 10 yrs I will start looking at alternatives.

A very nice Hotel situated by the beach/sea, Swimming pools very clean and cleaned and controlled on a daily basis. Reception service was excellent, room service also, in the Resturant breakfast was a buffet type and was also good although there is some things that need to be put into order, however overall very good.

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und es gibt jede Menge laute bis sehr laute veranstaltungen. Die Sauberkeit ist mäßig bis schlecht. Im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist ein Großteil der Gerichte auf der Karte nicht erhältlich. Die Einrichtung ist abgenutzt und teilweise defekt. Sprich lediglich der Zimmerpreis gibt in diesem Hotel Anlass zur Freude.

We initially booked for 5 nights, but stayed for 2 weeks. The hotel staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and spacious. We had many meals in the restarurant and by the pool, all were very good and well priced.

The room i first got was extremly loud. As if the cars and tricyles were driving through the room. It's impossible to sleep there and a crime to offer such a room from my point of view. The second room i got costs much more and was not silent also. There were people running on the floors and i could here the loud music from the restaurant where a party was going on. All in all this is not a place where somebody wants to go when he wants to relax. Some of the furniture in the room was also broken and needed a fix badly.

It's a thumbs up!!!
Staff are accommodating and fast check-in and check out. Room smells good and clean. What I don't like is the lighting in the room and wifi, it's not suitable for a working guest as it's too dark to do some work and the wifi is too slow. And i'm surprised that there is no toothbrush and toothpaste but no harm done since I always have mine in my bag. But overall, it's a nice hotel and I had a relaxing experience. Definitely I'll stay again for a staycation.

Great location, staff was excellent and food was awesome! Just not enough time to really enjoy things on 3 days. Need another stay to fully review, but overall a great place.
